Online Transportation Requests
You can conveniently request your transport via online by using our online forms to complete your request.  You can request and ON-DEMAND transport and or Schedule a Trip in advance online.  Once we have received your forms, we will call you to confirm your transport.  If you would like to request a transport using our online forms, please click here…

If you would like to check status on your transportation you can call our dispatch office directly or email: dispatch@dmvpatienttransport.com and a member of our dispatch staff will be able to help. 


Please NOTE: If you need to reschedule or cancel your transportation, it is necessary for you to contact our office via phone.  Cancellations and alterations cannot be done through this email address, you have to call.

We do not just leave the patient; we stand by the patient and make sure that they are helped, received and processed at the drop off facility. We offer Non-Emergency transportation services in Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington DC, to people who need stretcher, wheel chair, and ambulatory transportation to all medical appointments. We will pick you up from your home and take you were you have to go On-Demand! We can take you to re-occurring appointments , a onetime appointment or social setting. We do out of state and medically necessary relocation transports also. You can call in advance to reserve a transport to guarantee transportation on the day you need it.
